Dispatch Times Can Vary, but it is our goal to have someone at your business in under two hours.
What is the typical charge to fix a forklift below six thousand pound capacity?
There is no typical charge, as the lifts can vary greatly between manufacturers. Also, different issues have different costs. We will provide a full written estimate before the commencement of any work.
What type of nominal fee do you charge for normal service calls when I buy the monthly maintenance program?
$35 per service call.
Will you fix my lift on or off site?
To keep costs down and decrease repair times for serious repairs, we will usually bring your lift back to our shop. Minor repairs will be made on site at your location. In certain instances, we will deliver a loaner forklift to you.
Are you going to lower your service fees when I agree to work with only your dealership?
Our service fees are already priced lower than our competitors. Using exclusivity as a tactic helps to lock in your business, not give you lower prices.
Do you offer support on holidays or do last minute priority service?
We are a 24 hour a day seven day a week 365 day a year repair company.
I have many different types of forklifts, can you help me maintain all of them?
Our mechanics are skilled and trained to repair all types of lift trucks.
Are there any lines of equipment that you do not work with?
Currently, there are not any lines that we do not work with.
If I notice that after the forklift repair work is done the lift is still not working properly, how soon do I need to inform you?
